Moulin de la Galette

This oil on canvas was done by Pierre-Auguste Renoir in 1876. I looked at multiple Renoir paintings and many of them were full of people. I found it interesting because most or all of the impressionists paintings I saw were focused on one of a few people. This was described by some to be the "most beautiful painting of the 19th century". The club depicted was in Montmartre, and was frequented by artists like Toulouse-Lautrec, van Gogh or Renoir himself.
