Dance Hall- Brassai (Gyula Halasz)

This piece of art work is named Dance Hall, created by Brassai (Gyula Halasz).  It was created in the year 1932 with gelatin silver print.  It is stored at the Museum of Modern Art.  Brassai is known for "losing his heart to the city", so most of his artwork showed this.   He searched for the moment called "decisive moment" which is when gesture, expression, time, and place allowed character to be revealed at its most naked time. He liked transforming his models into involuntary sculptures.
